Wifi from 3 offers mobile broadband in the form of a WiFi connection. When you use a dongle to connect to your mobile broadband service, you're generally restricted to using it with a laptop or desktop computer, as you need to physically plug it in. With MiFi you have a wireless signal, which you can connect to with any WiFi enabled device, like your iPod touch, or your laptop, or both at the same time.

Using Abroad

The standard rates for using mobile broadband abroad with 3 mobile are £3 per MB for selected countries, and £6 per MB for other countries.

Until 30th June they offer a 3 Like Home promotion, which allows you to use your service in selected countries for the same price as you do at home.
